CERELPA is the Somali central region Association for animal production And health, formed by veterinarian, veterinary assistant and graduates in Animal production which was established in March 2002 in Jowhar,Somalia.

CERELPA is affiliated to Somali livestock professional Forum (SLPF). The national umbrella organization for all Somali livestock professionals And their Zonal Associations in Somalia.

CERELPA gathers together, through membership subscription, all the Public employees from south Mudug, Galgaduud, Hiran, and Middle Shabelle veterinary private and public practitioners. The membership Of the Association is open to all Somali livestock professionals working And resident in the regions.
